In my internship, I have primarily worked with mental working environment at cross-organizational level with the aim of contributing to the alignment of existing processes including:- Evaluation of stress prevention measures. Outcome: On the basis of my analysis, I made recommendations for further work on stress prevention from a cross organizational perspective. - Mapping of the work in the local Health and Safety organizations. Outcome: A greater insight into how the work of a working environment organization can look like. To this end, I have presented my sociological observations to relevant stakeholders.- Ad hoc
