As the Head of Leasing at Park Street A/S, I have more than 9 years of experience in assetmanaging and leasing commercial properties across Denmark. I have recently obtained my degree as Real Estate Valuer from Copenhagen Business Academy with the thesis: The impact of sustainability certification on the yield and rentlevels of the existing mass of office property. My core competencies include new leasing negotiations, renegotiations, customer service management, and market analysis. I have successfully negotiated, relaunched, and re-priced multiple properties, ranging from office, retail, and local shopping centers to production halls and medical clinics. I have also reduced vacancy rates, optimized tenant mix, and increased rental income. I am a responsible and proactive team player, networker, and problem solver, with a high drive and a commercial mindset. I always aim to create value and optimize the contracts and leases in our portfolio, while ensuring a smooth and constructive process with all stakeholders.
