As Sr employer branding consultant, I was team leading Employer branding and overall responsible for designing and executing an integrated Employer Branding Strategy creating and implementing tactics to build the employer brand towards candidates and within the organisation. My role as community manager is to engage global communities on ECCO's owned social media platforms, as well as creating global paid and organic social media campaigns to build the ECCO brand and community.This included tasks such as:+ Managing global Social Media pages i.e. Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube.+ Integrating Social Across the Organization through Pilot Projects (Social Business) + Guiding Business Units and Markets in social media use+ Developing Global Social Media Strategies+ Concepts & Campaign Development + Community Management+ Influencer Marketing

Known for their characteristic bell and blue cars Hjem-IS produces and deliver ice cream directly to customers. I worked at the Scandinavian sales office as an interim marketing assistant. Back then, Hjem-IS was owned by Nestlé. I took care of tasks such as: + Assisting the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing tasks + Carrying out consumer surveys through field research + Development of van decorations for all Hjem-IS vans in Norway, Denmark, Sweden & Finland.
