After 22 years of sales in which I developed communication, organizational and time management skills, to be adaptable and flexible, after attending a Sql Server course in 2022 I decided to change my professional path and focus on IT. And because I am a person who pays attention to details, and patience and perseverance are at home, I considered that the work of a tester is the most suitable for me.I developed skills such as critical thinking, detailed analysis and patience. The ability to analyze details and anticipate problems helped me manage complex situations, both with clients and within the team.I have demonstrated calmness and patience in the face of challenges, even when faced with difficult people or tense situations. The relaxed attitude and the desire to learn from any experience help me to face professional challenges and to grow continuously.
