Financing several companies and projects with over EUR 4 million in the agricultural, solid waste recycling, wood processing and other sectors in Romania.Cross-selling bank’s other products to corporations, i.e. payroll cards, etc.Pro-actively screening lending opportunities, developing and maintaining a relationship portfolio with main large corporations in Brasov, Harghita and Covasna counties.

Main responsibilities: management of the Volksbank franchise unit Managing the retail, SMEs and large corporation loan sales activity;Origination of deposits for private individuals, SMEs and large corporations;Origination of corporate deposits worth over EUR 18 million.Financing several companies and projects with over EUR 6 million loan in various sectors across Romania, such as: infrastructure, food, retail etc.Selling the bank’s retail products i.e. payroll cards, etc.

Main responsibilities: banking operation set up, branch network development and management of the bank activity in Harghita, Covasna and Brasov counties.Establishment and developing the bank activity in Harghita county up to 8 branches and 70 employees, establishment of a national training facility for Bank Post’s employees.Improving continuously the bank’s profitability indicators and growing the bank’s credit portfolio by increasing the number of both the large corporate and SME and retail customers in the counties covered, propelling the bank into the market leading position in the county;
