Production Manager:Area of Responsibility: Disc production, E-coat, Top Coat, Water Treatment Area Main Tasks:- Coordinate the production team;- Coordinate all the activities from the production lines(made by internal or external supplier);- Increase the Efficiency in the production part by: 1. People allocation in order to have the highest Efficiency; 2. Decrease the number of setups; 3. Reduction of the setup time; 4. Process improvement; 5. Machine improvement;- Driving the local projects and international projects;- Tracking the main losses and eliminate or reduce them;- Scrap reduction in the production zone;- Cost reductions/saving;- Tracking of the daily/monthly results of KPI;- Problems Solving online;- Tracking the performance indicators and develop periodic reports with the equipment efficiency indicators and present them to the top managers;- Collaborate with IE and 5S team during 5s activities;- Work in collaboration with quality and R&D to improve the process;- Responsible with training and definition of the multiskilling team.

• Identify, initiate and execute Operational Excellence Programs and Lean Sigma projects;• Build and lead Lean Sigma project teams;• Assure that projects tie to key business priorities;• Provides regular updates on area of responsibility to functional leader as well asMBB/Deployment leader;• Promotes Lean Sigma within own organization;• Ensures correct reporting of project progress and benefit status;• Provides and supports GB/YB/WB trainings;• Develops specific Lean Sigma training on need-to base (WB, Kaizen);• Identifies and escalates opportunities for improvements outside direct scope of responsibility toleaders;

Area: Curing & Finishing AreaMain tasks:- Define the production capacity and number of machines needed for the each area according to the MP mix.- Data colection and analisys;- Proces Improvement;- Tracking the performance indicators and develop periodic reports with the equipment efficiency indicators;- Support the Internal team for production flow and Line Equipment layouts- Update the standard times for all processes and positions- Update work instruction and procedures(SOP, OPL, BOB, etc)- Driving the projects in each area in order to reach Efficiency Action Plans targetes(Productivity increasing, non value times decreasing, scrap reduction)- Tracking of the dayli/monthly results of KPI;- Relocate/define the unnecessary/necessary headcount and the manufacturing process for new products and its optimization- Benchmark studies with all Pirelli plants in order to befine the best way to increase the productivity results- Continuous improvement of the production process.- Support/Drive the Kaizen weeks activies from outher Pirelli factories- Cost benefit report for all improvements;Methodology used: A3 problem solving, Kaizen Basics, 5S, Fishbone Diagrama, PDCA, 5 Why’s,Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Man Machine; Gantt Chart; DMAIC Roadmap.Projects:- Scrap reduction projects;- Improuve and Standardize the Cycle time ;- Reduction of the Setup times for productions machines;- Increase the loading capacity of the machines;- Benchmark with all Pirelli factories to identify the best process Flow.- "Kaizen Week" activity to decrease the setup time;- Multiskill;
