Carried out a company-wide current state analysis, generated a gap report and designed tailor-made future processes. Additionally, conducted an enterprise risk assessment creating up-to-date risk and control matrices. Trained the key personnel about the processes and the internal control framework.-Forex Risk Management for a conglomerate doing business in over two dozen countries: analyzed mainly procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report process cycles to figure out major risk points both transactional and translational. Translated to findings into parameters to be integrated into a new cashflow-at-risk model. Saved the company millions of dollars in forex write-off.-Revenue Assurance for an international telecommunications giant: assessed the current state of the revenue related process like corporate and individual sales, billing, CDR processing, product management, CRM and dunning. Achieved a 1.5% recovered revenue through detected issues and generated recommendations.

Managed all social media platforms of the company. Generated B2B ideas for e-mail marketing and e-commerce campaigns through data analysis increasing online sales by 40%. Played a major part in the creation of a new mobile accessories brand. Helped in creating a brand and marketing strategy for the new brand supplying it to over 1000 independent stores in 3 months and gaining the title of highest selling local mobile accessories brand in 6 months.

Carried out market and customer research. Assisted in creating new marketing campaigns for youth market penetration. Organized campus activities as the Lead Brand Ambassador of a 8000-student campus.
