The NOOC is the national covering organization, which regulates the national rowing competition and provides subsidies for rowing activities. We have established partnerships with Focus Orange and BCG. The organisation represents the interests of 2500 rowers and has a turnover of ±€20.000.

Participant IRP Delft - In a team of four, we conducted a feasibility study for Damen Shipyards in regards to entering the market of inland shipping in Brazil. During a two-week desk research in Gorinchem and a five-week field research in Rio de Janeiro, Belém and Manaus we arranged and conducted interviews with 62 companies. This led to an overview of the market for inland shipping in Brazil, including a clear advice on entering the shipbuilding market in the Amazon region.

A committee organising a one week festivity in celebration of the 135th anniversaryof Laga. An organisation with a turnover of ±€100.000 and at the peak of the eventover 2000 visitors were present. Responsible for the complete festival terrain (budget: €22.500) where the events and races were held. Also accountable for the permit request and the plan of security.

Full-time boardmember of the D.S.R.V. “Laga”, a rowing club consisting of 500 members and a turnover of ± €500,000. The TUDelft supports this activity with a 12-months scholarship. About 250 rowers and coaches fell under my responsibility, as well as several committees.
