Fault Radio is a grassroots non-profit organization dedicated to creating a center for modern electronic music and DJ culture in the Bay Area. Originally conceived as a pop-up live video streaming platform we have grown and evolved with the needs of our community to include the production of podcasts, articles, documentaries, music television, record fairs, and educational programs to support the growth of artists and local institutions. Our listenership and viewer base includes an international audience and our outreach extends to cities such as Los Angeles, Portland, New York City, and London. However, our focus remains on the Bay Area rooted in our belief that the future is local!Today, our unique archive of DJ sets, live performances, photos, and interviews represents the brilliance of the Bay Area’s underground and serves to elevate the culture, while preserving it for future generations.

managing all events and production needs on a day-to-day basis, solving technical issues as they arise, working closely with different multimedia artists in the setup of complex art installations, direct and produce live streams and broadcasting.

Worked closely with founders of the label (Coldcut), maintained studio and worked on advanced audio visuals setup, managed PR and Marketing for an iOS app called NinjaJamm, ran social media pages and created content, scheduled releases and media engagement, worked with different artists from inside and outside the label.

Targeted potential clients and approached them, working closely with current clients to ensure a productive and positive relations and upsale orders. Took orders. Managed, mentored and trained the street and sampling team, working closely with the management to ensure growth of the company. Attended trade shows across the UK and EU. During my tenure inSpiral grew from a small business to become a leader in its industry

Managed the day-to-day operations of the Cafe, bar and restaurant. Conducted stock checks and ordered the required products, maintained employees and work schedule for more then 20 emplyees, mentored, trained and supported staff. Managed nightlife events and support artists, answered the needs of a music venue as a nightlife bar and restaurant. Led the catering team in many large events (10K people and up), ensuring customer satisfaction and high quality of service and product.

Directed and managed a multidisciplinary festival dedicated to Sound, Video and Dance arts. Booked the artists and was the go-to person for their personal needs. being the main AV technician for the event. Ran the workshops and hosted the different tutors. In charge of vendors and working closely with the local authorities to ensure success and legality of the event.
