Wrote grant proposal securing $1.9 million dollars in funding, responsible for supervision of staff, collaboration with multiple community partners, evaluators, and fiscal management and reporting.• Leadership of ACE Interface community training initiative with oversight of 46 trainers from multiple community organizations.• Responsibility for Mary Morris Leighton Lecture. This annual community lecture is funded by the Leighton Oare Foundation for the purpose of providing health information on a topic of broad applicability for a community audience of over 500. Recent topics include The Sweet Spot (work/life balance) and The Whole Brain Child. • Design and delivery of educational programs for professionals, schools and the public on topics such as trauma, resilience, mindfulness, child and adolescent brain development, learning and memory, stress management, improving cognitive performance, and preventing dementia. • Consultation with hospital departments on the application of brain science to help develop leadership, improve patient care and implement new processes.
