-Efficiently monitor, maintain, and update computer systems to meet user needs -Provide technical support for over 5 sites in Lebanon -Troubleshoot network related and other general computer issues -Responsible to direct the integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing. - Responsible to check systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures. - Responsible to implement regular housekeeping procedures, including Data Backup. - Responsible to Connect users to networks and providing initial training in facilities and applications. - Resolves computer software and hardware problems of users on time. Receives telephone calls from users having specific problems. Talks with user to determine source of specific error and recommend solution. Talks to Programmers to explain problems or to recommend solution to problem. - Coordinates daily computer operations. Trains Operators in procedures and resolves operational problems. - Monitor operators and ensures that all processing is run according to schedules and that equipment is maintained properly.
