I list and sell real estate full time while working closely with people to make the best positive decisions about the most major purchase and/or sale of their lives. Working with people is what I do best. And I thrive in this interaction within the daily challenge to be creative and innovative while sharing my years of cumulative knowledge about houses and all that goes along with them.On the surface, my careers in higher education and real estate seem miles apart but they actually have many similarities in that they are totally focused on assisting people to achieve their housing or educational goals. And both careers are set against a backdrop of the details of paperwork, regulations, contracts and applications while working closely with other professionals, realtors, lenders, federal and state government agencies, etc. My role today is simply to assist people to confidently navigate through the maze of figuring out what to do in answer to "How do I buy or sell my house?"Specialties: REAL ESTATE SALES OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES: Having a bachelor's degree in historic preservation gives me an extra knowledge of the architecture and history of historic properties while keeping in mind the realistic needs and responsibilities of owning and living in a 100 to 200-year-old house.
