Exit Management:Initiate the exit process of the employees leaving the company. Provide assistance to them till their full and final settlement is done. Conduct final exit interview and communicate to the business if any scope of retention is identified.Provide the exit payroll inputs to the finance department.Provide the attrition data to the management for their periodic analysis.Post 90 days of the employee leaving initiate the third party exit interview with the vendor. Consolidate the report and send it to the HR head with relevant documents.Rewards & Recognition (R&R):Provide the required inputs to the management / R&R committee every month after collecting the inputs of the top performing employees from their respective managers.Present the nominated employees (power point presentation) to the R&R committee for their review.Rolling of the awards after the committee’s review and communicating to the manager about the status of their nomination.Maintain the data base and provide the management monthly reports about the budget and the total awards issued department wise.; Individually handled a wide range of queries of employees pertaining to leave, referral schemes, online courses and SAP HR modificationsIssue of residence proof letters, service letter, salary certificates etc.On boarding:Was Part of the on boarding team, take session about the joining formalities and the HR Policies, verification of educational certificates, relieving letter of the previous employer and the joining forms.Data entry of the new employees into SAP HR on boarding system and creating Global User Ids of all the new employees.Leave Tracking: Used to maintain the attendance tracking system of 1700 employees.
