Ronak Finance Advisors is a sub brokerage and retail investment consulting company. Office location at the heart of biggest textile market in Mumbai provided an opportunity to serve Textile Merchants who saw limited business during afternoon hours and were active traders on the stock markets in India. This was a side project in parallel to my engineering studies in early 2006. Once the operations were set up, I handed the reins to my father who, as the owner currently manages the business.• Negotiated the terms with the Partner and finalized the "Deed of Partnership".• Proved competency to operate as sub-broker with NSE India Ltd. via required NCFM certifications.• Set up day to day operations and trained the terminal operator on ODIN software trading platform.• Marketed the services to over 120 target merchants with offices in Mangaldas Market, Mumbai and grew the business to 55 clients.
