Responsibilities and accomplishments include: Responsible for retaining relationships with our correspondent banks in Yemen, Oman, and Bahrain.  Handle the account opening of new corporate clients and build relationship with them.  Handle the Allocations (L/C, Guarantee) and mark their pricing.  Handle the MIS & cross-border across the region. Handle any test versions for the CitiDirect.  Handle the “Customer Relationship Management program”, which shows the status of major accounts that are currently in progress and those that we have won or lost.  Prepare the CADD (Customer Adequacy Dual diligence) and AP (Account Profile) for the GTS accounts.  Coordinate with other departments in preparing new proposals for new clients. Backup member for the COB plan (Continuity of Business).  Completed several training courses that covered subjects such as Anti Money Laundering and TargetMarket.  Had the chance to manage and train the remaining team members.
