Daily Maintenance of KPIs within threshold values and escalation of issues with respective departments/vendor Ensuring all Complaint’s field verification & resolution by parameter audits, new site proposal, engineering redesigns & Drive Tests etc. as per defined SOP.Management of GSM/UMTS capacity/coverage site surveysWorst Cell identification, analysis & rectification for assigned clustersEnsuring 80% worst cells resolution for the assigned region on monthly basis.Supporting seniors in new feature implementations and handling mini projects in assigned areaEnsuring Regular and comparative DT/BM of cities with pre and post analysis reports and presentations. City level Optimization and planning projects are done on regular basis.Interdepartmental coordination (NSS/BSS/Sales/CS/Admin etc.) improvement and getting issues resolved through BSS/NSS etc. Monitoring of NPM-Huawei performance and managing issues.CS KPI Optimization for assigned regionExternal interference source identification & onward escalation with PTA through RA.DT log file analysis though TEMS Investigation, MapInfo & Actix.Interdepartmental coordination (NSS/BSS/Sales/CS/Admin etc.). Getting issues resolved through BSS Ops/NSS

Drive Testing (both issue based and routine) for the assigned BSC/Cluster/CityOptimization (both soft and hard) of assigned BSCs/Cluster/city as per the set KPI targetsPreparation of WO for parametric changes,TCH/SDCCH re-dimensioning,HR activation/de-activation and Trx expansion Traffic balancing between GSM and DCS layer of the networkMonitoring the utilization of the cells and onward escalation for expansionsNetwork quality stats monitoring and taking action on the basis of these statsEscalation & follow up with OPs for faulty hardware replacementsPeriodical spectrum audits for possible internal and external interference issuesResolution of worst cells generated by core teamHandling of customer compalins and suggesting RF solution for the resolution of complains
