Maintaining Customer Relationships Updating order register manually and systematically.To handle and control documentation, records.Preparing delivery notes for outgoing materials.Documentation of material Responsible for arranging meetings Responsible to look after on-going tasks and projects To prepare & submit the daily, weekly and monthly report to the General Manager.To handle with periodic inspections & visits of higher authorities, Fire & safety.To maintain HSE level in the warehouse according to the standards, rules & regulations as described by the concern authoritiesTo coordinate with Internal/External auditors in connection with AIV and snap checks of regular stock and V & A stock, etc. To clear audit objections and make material adjustments for stock correctionPerform other duties as prescribed by the management from time to time.
