As the Director of Women's Philanthropy, I identify, engage, and solicitwomen to expand and grow the Federation's overall human and financial resource development.I apply my deep understanding of and commitment to the Jewish Community Federation's mission,values, and goals to drive my passion for philanthropy, developing women leaders, and crafting innovative andeffective fundraising, relationship management, and community engagement strategies thatraise both people and resources.The Director of Women's Philanthropy is a key member of the Development and Engagementteam, working closely with a volunteer board including the Women's Philanthropy Chair, Women'sPhilanthropy Campaign Chair, Education Chair, Lion of Judah Endowment, Lion of Judah Chair, and Outreach Chair, alongside a Women's Philanthropy Board, and I am responsible for creating the vision and strategy, implementing a comprehensive fundraising and engagement program, and recruiting and developing talented team members seeking to significantly increase involvement and fundraising outcomes.

As the interim Virginia Program Manager, I grew and enhanced the Virginia Women's Leadership Council, increasing leadership development and network building opportunities for women leaders throughout the state. I increased the state organizational partnerships by building cross-partisan coalitions among sister organizations dedicated to the common goal of increasing elected women leadership in Virginia at the state and local levels.
