I was responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the Epicor and SharePoint systems at Code Corporation. Working with the system’s committee, which includes myself and the department managers, we often come together in meetings and make key decisions on the Epicor and SharePoint systems that would ensure it continues to meet Code Corporation’s business requirements and goals.As the only full time IT staff, I was responsible for all IT related tasks or projects. These tasks include creating new hire accounts using Active Directory to supporting 60 employee’s onsite and 15 remote employees around the world. In addition to my duties, I manage 8 existing servers and 4 VM’s by optimizing each server’s performance.
