I am a Visiting Tutor (VT) for the BA (Hons) Communication Design and Strategy course, previously known as BA (Hons) Visual Communication. I have had the pleasure of witnessing an entire year group of enthusiastic and talented students complete their final year and graduate on Bournemouth Beach.As a VT, I have the fulfilling role of engaging with students about their current projects, hobbies, lives, and future dreams. This allows me to advise and inspire them not only in their coursework but also in their future careers and industry experiences.As a course Alumni, I have a deep appreciation for what the students aim to achieve and I understand the pressures they face, having been in their position six years ago. Since my graduation in 2019, I have had the opportunity to gain significant experience in the design industry, learning a lot of big lessons along the way, which I feel fulfilled sharing with the students.I thoroughly enjoy the creativity that brews in the workshops and studio days, which provides me with daily inspiration. The opportunity to help a student flourish is truly special and something I deeply cherish.

As a Senior Product Designer at Whitespace, I constantly combine my UX expertise and passion with my end-to-end product design strategy experience. What I enjoy most at Whitespace is helping to solve some of the toughest challenges around the world, particularly within industries that are often resistant to change or engagement with the wider world.My main responsibility is to use and develop a comprehensive design system to address user flow and experience issues within complex platforms. My day typically involves understanding the problem, planning swim lanes, and discussing workflows. These actions ensure that my design process is efficient, effective, and timely.At Whitespace, I am also a core and founding member of Mentor360, a platform designed and built to support individuals with upstream measures rather than reacting to the symptoms of deeper issues. I am excited to see the launch of this product this year.

As the founding designer of Mentor360, a wellness app dedicated to holistic personal growth, I’ve had to wear more hats than I can count. From crafting the user experience and visual identity to jumping into marketing strategy sessions and troubleshooting bugs, it’s been a whirlwind of roles and responsibilities. Designing a platform that genuinely supports users’ well-being means constantly shifting perspectives—thinking like a therapist one moment, a data analyst the next, and always keeping the end user at the centre. It’s a balancing act, but seeing Mentor360 evolve into a comprehensive wellness companion makes every hat worth wearing.

As Lead Creative Strategist at EPM, I was responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies and high-standard UX & UI design that helps our clients achieve their goals. I worked closely with clients to understand their objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.My role was to drive creative strategy and innovation, produce successful outcomes for our clients, and cultivate a culture of creativity, resourceful-ness and teamwork within our agency.

Leading on projects, initiating briefs and kick-offs, writing RFDs and wire framing, prototyping and designing. Working closely with the NHS Digital First Team to roll out a wellbeing app across patients and key workers. Being part of the user research and development. As a Lead Designer at EPM I am designing visual experiences, building brands and supporting the launch of numerous web & mobile applications.

I spent my internship at AspenPrint split between creative art-working and managing customer orders.
