It Operations & Services Mangement
Current- Manage, control and maintain the SAP administrative tasks, SAP system operation (BAU). - Accountable and responsible for providing agreed IT services delivery (Onsite/Offsite) in a timely and efficient manner, within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and compliant with regional IS standards and security standards.- Manage and write IT procedures, IT policies, documents following ITIL v3 to control IT system in corporation.- Make plans as well as carry out the periodic inspection and control of the IT department’s activities.- Basing on the result of the inspection and control, make recommendations about supplement and modification to the regulations, process and policies in order to prevent risks and enhance performance of the department and quality of service.- Coordinate with other teams to support golive new projects following procedures and policies.- Ensure that all IT equipment is fit for purpose (Onsite/Offsite) in head office and branches, maintained in good working condition.- Plans, manages/delegates IT projects as agreed for business needs and strategy. - Leads on implementation of new technical solutions in head office and provide advice and guidance on the technical aspects of IT solutions and provide IT support to staff.- Plans and prepare annual IT budget in team and carries out financial duties to ensure timely and efficient spending and reporting of budget expenditure and income. Comply with IT domain, procurement, and risk management standards.- Manage a team to delivery the IT services & application support in different offices Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
