Created my own agency and assembled a team of professionals. Set up workflows. Automated the search for new clients and orders for the agency. Developed a business model, a commercial plan for the agency and got funding. Supervised a team of 20 people (including web developers, designers, SMM and managers), worked as project manager and partially as UI/UX designer. For 5 years of work of in the agency, more than 80 completed orders for the development of web sites and CRM systems. One of my most interesting startup projects that deserves attention in my resume. I acted as CEO and UI/UX designer. On the business idea of ​​my partner, I developed a technical implementation plan. The essence of the project was to calculate the uniqueness of the NFT using complex algorithms and the OpenSea API. I developed the UI/UX of the site and managed a team of 5 people for its full implementation. Bootstrap and Laravel technologies were used in the project.

I have more than two years of experience in the agricultural business with different responsibilities. I worked on the purchase and sale of grain as well as owned a small pig farm in Minsk. In addition, I have some experience in the fertilizer industry and also developed one of the key agrarian news portals in Ukraine and Belarus.

The goal of this project was to help Ukrainian medics to learn Polish medical language. Our team developed the web design. I acted as CEO and junior front-end developer (bootstrap). My job was to moderate the team, review and provide feedback, fixe issues, web design and layout. The project was successfully launched in November 2021 and remains relevant even during the war in Ukraine.
