Provided leadership to IT group providing global project development and support for SAP HR for benefits and payroll implementations. Performed SAP configuration, set strategy and standards, managed team members, and mentored project managers.-Created and deployed tool that estimated resource and time requirements in payroll, benefits and other employee service areas when client requested a new Legal Entity in a country.-Met with client to understand expectations, developed new process, organized meeting of account and IBM internal thought leaders to share current delivery strategies and identify future strategic opportunities.

-Led 50+ technical developers through configuration/prototyping of master data, payroll and benefits for implementation of SAP HR.-Coordinated scenario testing of the HR, payroll & benefits solution from creation of 700 test cases to completion of testing on 160 employee types. Team executed three months of testing effort in two months. -Provided development and support of information systems to Payroll and Benefits requiring deep understanding of the business, its' processes and success criteria.-Other roles included: primary IT support of US benefits processes and configuration; project manager of Y2K analysis and testing team. -Participated in a task force created to look at the overall flexible work arrangements at P&G. Championed the inclusion of a new Personal Leave of Absence policy as part of the recommendation.-Instructor for Successful Project Management class at P&G during this time period.

Redesigned the business processes, system application and training. -Assisted in creation of 5 training modules for above CDM project.
