I started in Real Estate about thirty years ago when interest rates when thru the roof ~ first as a c21 secretary for an office on Westshore then interest rates went thru the roof at close to 18% I started at the ground floor in a mortgage company as a loan processor; then loan officer; then promoted to V.P.of operations. From there after I learned as much as possible in mortgages and decided to go back into real estate with my new knowledge and license with a corporate career with U.S. Home Corporation. With U.S.Home I climbed to number 2 position in the state as top producer and sold out a gated maintainanced retirement community in Pasco county to get to a sales position in one of the Top retirement sales communities of U.S. Home. After that I went to work for V.I.P. Realty and soldout an Asset Management Community in Tarpon Springs. At this time I was feeling it's time to learnhow to be a realtor instead of new home sales and started training to sell general real estate and that's the avenue that brought me to Prudential Florida and Tropical Realty. My location knowledgetakes me from Hernando County, Pasco County, Lake County, Orange County, Hillsborough County,Pinellas County, Sarasota County and Lee County.
