This client operated a construction company and several related entities with no documented accounting policies or procedures. In addition to establishing internal controls, introducing technical efficiencies and documenting the accounting function, I was responsible for monthly closing and calculation of Work in Progress, preparation of Financial Statements; reconciliation of intercompany transactions, management of the annual Audit & Tax process, cash flow and ad hoc reporting. I also managed Contractors, AIA billing and Lien Waivers.
