Either through recruitment & staffing, training, coaching, communication / translations, talent development, outplacement, or even actually organizing all kinds of (sports)events & teambuilding activities. Having lived / studied abroad and also graduated as translator, I speak 4 languages fluently (Dutch, French, Spanish, English) and 2 others on a good level (Italian & German).
