Share Registration Keep records and attend to shareholders of stocks on Nigerian Stock Exchange on issues relating to investment on Client companies’ shares and current business activities such as dividend declaration, bonus/right issue declaration and information about general meetings.Process withholding tax to State and Federal Government.Interface with CSCS, Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), in certificate dematerialization process.Business Development Role: Sourcing for new companies accounts and income generation for the branch office.Advisory role to shareholders on investment in client companies.Processing of offers - Private placement, Public offer, bonus issue and right issue.Officiate at client companies’ business meetings (AGMs and EGMs).Interface with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to resolve issues requiring registrar’s attention.Declaration of Companies’ Dividend/Return money payments etc.Transmission of estate of deceased shareholder etc.
