Visions Alive is a career development and coaching company for Chinese young adults in China and North America. our programs, events, and pilots have impacted over 20K students and parents, as well as 330+ families and 10+ partner organizations across China, Canada and the US. Through an integrated approach combining adolescent career development, counseling, adult development, co-active coaching, and industry mentorship – we aim to help young people in Chinese communities develop purpose-driven careers and fulfilling lives.

• Volunteered to teach 82 high school students, half Palestinians and half Israelis, a three-week intensive summer introductory course on business and entrepreneurship, with 90 total classroom hours.• Designed, developed, and executed the curriculum with a team of three instructors from MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley. Was fully responsible for scheduling, activities, local communication, translation, and travel logistics for the team.
