Visions Alive is a career development and coaching company for Chinese young adults in China and North America. our programs, events, and pilots have impacted over 20K students and parents, as well as 330+ families and 10+ partner organizations across China, Canada and the US. Through an integrated approach combining adolescent career development, counseling, adult development, co-active coaching, and industry mentorship – we aim to help young people in Chinese communities develop purpose-driven careers and fulfilling lives.

• Volunteered to teach 82 high school students, half Palestinians and half Israelis, a three-week intensive summer introductory course on business and entrepreneurship, with 90 total classroom hours.• Designed, developed, and executed the curriculum with a team of three instructors from MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley. Led the curriculum and lectures on the topics of ideation, beachhead market, customers and persona, PMR, and the art of storytelling.• Quality of teaching was highly regarded by the students and organizational staff; got return offer to lead next year’s year one business course.

Summer internship working as a temporary consultant on the Open Transport Initiative in the World Bank's Transportation and Global ICT, East Asia &Pacific region.

• Initiated company partnerships with Dandan English and Fitkova Realty Group.• Designed and directed the company's Mock Interview Training Course for international boarding school applicants.• Helped conduct training programs for 14 company consultants from Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Dartmouth, UChicago, NYU, and Oxford University.• Organized two company info sessions and one reception in Guangzhou, China in summer of 2012 and 2013.

• Initiated project collaboration with local partner, Ningxia Institute of Prevention and Control of Desertification (NIPCD) in Yinchuan, western China.• Winner of $5000 MIT Tau Beta Pi Engineering and Service 2014 Summer Fellowship for the summer research project at NIPCD (1 of 3 winners from 24 candidates).• Led a team of five MIT undergraduate students to Yinchuan for a 6-weeks long research project with NIPCD. Was fully responsible for scheduling, activities, local communication, translation, and travel logistics for the team.
