- Assisted unit assistants by answering phone calls, making patient appointments, filing papers, and more.- Assisted labor and nursery nurses by helping them take care of patients and by taking blood pressure and body temperature screenings on patients.- Practiced drawing cord blood for lab testings.- Accumulated significant knowledge and experience by observing caesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, Nexplanon implantations, circumcisions, and other procedures.- Shadowed the Chief OBGYN Physician in the clinic and was able to gain knowledge on women’s health.- Completed Toastmasters International Youth Leadership Program, a workshop program consisting of eight two-hour sessions that enables minors to develop communication, leadership, and public speaking skills through practical experience and practice. - Won 1st place in the Professional Presentation; presented to important Kaiser employees, managers, and region.

-Helped clean up parks to create a safer and cleaner environment for families and kids.-Fundraised money at school and in the community to donated it to United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, Children Miracle Work, and more.-Helped raise $250,000 for pediatric trauma services with Key Clubs Kiwanis Family.

-Conducted focus groups in medically underserved and at-risk communities to prevent and educate the community on teen violence and its connection to adverse childhood experiences.-Partnered with different youth based organizations and took initiative with the Kids First Campaign, Valley-Hi Photovoice and other sources of community outreach to advance youth voice in Sacramento.-Participated in two Youth Town Hall meetings to empower youth by discussing and planning possible solutions to conflicts faced by the youth in Sacramento and addressed them vocally to Mayor Steinberg.-Provided testimony before the Sacramento City Council on the topic of preventing the production of tobacco flavored products.
