I founded a pre-Internet automated telephone church referral service and Christian business phone book. I was a sales Representative for direct mail advertising program. I was responsible for the development of two territories including cold calling, selling and servicing of new accounts. I achieved record sales volume for Indianapolis.

I was a Territory Manager for school and sports photography company. I opened a new territory in rural eastern Indiana. I was responsible for prospecting, selling and servicing accounts. I presented to school principals and district superintendents. Within one year I exceeded sales of all other territories combined. I developed all new sales presentation and marketing materials, and trained new sales personnel.

I was in charge of several projects involving anti-lock brakes and traction control systems for General Motors cars and vans. I was responsible for communication between customer, sales, design, manufacturing, testing, and management.

I was a Design Engineer in Applied Research and Test Equipment departments with Secret security clearance. I developed computer hardware and software for several military projects. I worked on experimental projects including laser data calculations, product testing and debugging, specification compliance testing and reporting, technical writing of end-user instructions, and digital design on Daisy CAD system.

My first job out of university, I was responsible for production of memory devices including supervision of technicians, presentations of product status, and process development. I achieved a record 97% yield for 16K DRAM production utilizing new production methods on this historically sub-92% yield product.
