Braustin Homes was established in January 2017 as the first virtual mobile home dealership in the United States.Using technology such as Virtual Reality, 3D home tours, and custom software, our team has built the safest, easiest and least expensive way to buy a home.

I worked with a small team to design and implement a sales and marketing process that allowed the owner of Alamo Homes Group to expand his territory by selling his homes online and over the phone. This challenge was one of my favorites from my career because this sales and marketing method had never been done before in the industry which allowed me and my team to create everything from scratch.

I started with Palm Harbor as a sales rep. I took over my first store 3 days shy of my one year anniversary. At the time, my location was #2 from the bottom and when I passed the torch to run the commercial division, it was #2 from the top. As GM on the commercial side, I oversaw a small team that created marketing and sales strategies from the ground up to identify, secure and service multi-million dollar contracts during the Texas Oil Boom.
