I am the Director of OTEC. Since founding the company in 2007, I have dedicated myself to building a the leading consulting and service provider in the real estate, design, construction, property management, energy efficiency, and sustainability markets. Alongside the OTEC team, I have had the privilege of working with companies such as Coca-Cola, P&G, GE, GM, Siemens, Deloitte, Brookfield, Hines, Cyrela, Prologis, Santander, BNDES, USP, GLP, and others of similar stature, consistently helping them achieve their goals.My academic background spans business, architecture, engineering, real estate, data science, and sustainability. Additionally, I have acquired valuable international experience, which has enabled me to develop foreign businesses, such as introducing DesignBuilder software to the Brazilian market.I am always eager to learn from my colleagues, clients, and the industry.
