I served in the United States Army as a Captain in the Signal Corps from 1966 through 1970. I employed by the State of Wyoming as a bank examiner and chief clerk for the Department of Insurance. I am a published writer and worked at the Arabian Horse News. I am an award winning public speaker. I was co-founder and player with the Cheyenne Polo Club and I am a current member of the Flying H Polo Club in Big Horn, Wyoming. I was Executive Director of the American Diabetes Association, South Texas Affiliate. I founded printing and floor covering businesses and was a territory manager for three floor covering distributors.I have spent the last seven years in commercial construction with a firm that installs HVAC for the government.
