The future of any corporation will depend upon the global community of employees whose varied perspectives, experiences, and skills fuel the creativity and energy to pioneer new and innovative products. I would like to be a part of that future.I am a unique individual with skills that are important in today’s work place. My skill set starts with a degree from Purdue University. My degree was created to develop a person with a broad manufacturing and IT knowledge base. Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology (CIMT) is a degree that studies several different disciplines of engineering and technology. Areas of study include Quality, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering. For many years I honed those skills in both a manufacturing and diagnostics environment. I have continued to educate myself through various training programs within the Roche network. My current goal is to attain a dual, MSE and MBA degree from Purdue University. An area I am very proud to display is my communication skills. I have come to understand how important it is in a workplace to be able to transfer information in an accurate and efficient way. Today, more than ever, it is very important to understand verbal, written and electronic forms of communication. I believe my number one personal trait is being a people person. In all walks of life I have maintained a high respect for those individuals around me. I have tried to learn something from each encounter and apply it to the appropriate area of my life. I believe the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers has made me a good team player. For many years I have either been a contributor, or organized several team efforts. Planning, coordinating, and executing a well prepared plan has been the strategy of choice for many of my successful team efforts.
