My responsibilities included making sure team members were focused on daily tasks and that management was informed of what the team was setting out to accomplish. I maintained the integrity of all of the localized game assets, including voice over, text and the DevTrack and XLOC databases, for all of the titles to which I was assigned. I coordinated asset deliveries between Id Software, Activision and, when applicable, any third parties, to ensure that everyone was working toward the same goals. I managed the P&L project budget and updated it so that Finance had the most current data available. I did the same for the schedule and milestone deliveries. I was also responsible for creating.

I oversaw many of the Production milestones on these titles, as well as managing the design and scripting teams on our internal titles. I made sure that the teams were all focused on the same goal and knew what was expected of them.
