Mr. Bartlett is Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Geo-Logic Associates which now owns Clear Creek Associates, the firm that Mr. Bartlett co-founded in 1999. Over the past 40 years, he has built a solid reputation as a hydrogeologist with diverse experience. Mr. Bartlett directs work in the areas of groundwater computer modeling, hydrogeologic investigations, and mining-related hydrogeologic services. He has managed numerous large projects including water supply investigations, Assured Water Supply investigations, Underground Storage Facility, and Aquifer Protection Permits, investigation of groundwater contamination involving organic solvents, metals, and other contaminants, and the design of groundwater remediation systems.Over the past 42 years, Mr. Bartlett has developed groundwater computer models to evaluate groundwater resources, assess the future impact of groundwater pumping, design groundwater recharge projects, trace the migration of contaminant plumes, and develop remedies to cleanup contaminated groundwater. Mr. Bartlett has considerable experience at mining sites with a focus on water supply and solving environmental problems. Prior to forming Clear Creek Associates, Mr. Bartlett spent 22 years with Dames & Moore, a large, internationally renowned engineering firm. Mr. Bartlett also directed hydrogeologic and water resources projects and became Vice President in charge of Dames & Moore’s Arizona Geoscience Group with more than 40 geoscientists.Mr. Bartlett is a Registered Geologist in Arizona, Alaska, California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington and a Certified Hydrogeologist in California.
