I am a highly adaptive and solutions driven program leader, with extensive experience ranging from early discovery, through all phases of clinical development, and marketed and mature products. I am a proven influencer and servant leader with a dynamic approach to problem solving and process development. I started my career as bench medicinal chemist, and after a career ending injury, I was able to change my career path into program management through a lot of hard work and wonderful mentors. My program management path brought many challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. As my experience grew and I became exposed to more strategic planning, I made the decision to again pivot my career, this time into program leadership, also moving from immunology and inflammation to oncology. I am delighted to now be leading talented teams to bring new therapies to cancer patients and their families.I prefer to be challenged and actively look for opportunities improve myself, the teams I work with, the programs I work on, and the organization I work in.My experience includes program leadership, program management, finance/budgeting, alliance management, deep knowledge of drug R&D and development, and team dynamics. I have worked across many disease areas, including ophthalmology, respiratory, immunology and inflammation, and now oncology. I thrive in new situations and in learning new things.
