Origination is a $60MM privately-owned distribution and manufacturing company selling bulk and bagged feed, agronomy, and industrial ingredients such as urea, phosphates, ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, amino acids, salt and organic fertilizers. • Developed and implemented ERP (Microsoft’s Great Plains) procurement strategies and procedures for two plants and six distribution hubs to ensure the best quality products are on a timely basis at the best price. Used supplier relationships and knowledge of commodities markets to determine optimal timing for purchases. Communicated market information and strategy to owner and salesmen.
