• With decline in oil and gas industry, was moved into this role as Houston facility was shrinking significantly. • Responsible for sourcing of materials, equipment and services in support of facility operations.• Built and maintained relationships with wide range of supply and service vendors, including structural, pipe/valve/fittings, coatings and other materials in support of onsite and offsite projects.• Supported onsite pneumatic knife gate valve business (Danny Byrd Inc) via inventory management, order fulfillment and logistics.

• Responsible for managing the newly opened Houston manufacturing facility in B&E’s most aggressive growth years. Running 24-hours/day, the facility grew to support over 130 craft employees per shift, administrative staff of over 25 and generating over $100M in revenues. • Reporting directly to the CEO, held full P&L, operational and functional leadership responsibility for this facility. • Directly and indirectly led a team of over 650 staff (some of whom were housed onsite) including: Shop/Rig pad fabrication, Human Resources, Health/Safety/Environment, Supply Chain, Project Management, Drafting, Office/Timekeeping, Estimating and Shipping/Receiving.• Responsible for ensuring costs were allocated to the correct clients and projects and were reported in a timely manner. • Established group goals, set the tone for leadership grounded in safety with a positive and supportive culture.• Led the operation responsible for building and refurbishing over 100+ land-based rigs for Patterson-UTI in an 8-year period from 2011-2019.• Performed project management duties associated with rig component manufacturing and delivery using Microsoft Project.• With extensive background in technology business, supported the creation and implementation of a custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System to better track and manage costs and customer reporting. • Client list included Patterson-UTI, Helmerich & Payne, ExxonMobil, NorAm Drilling, Trinidad, Independence Contract Drilling, National Oilwell Varco, and Nomac Drilling, among others.

• Responsible for understanding, defining scope and specifications for, and generating quotes for customers as part of the sales process.• Performed material take-off on client drawings, along with welding estimate to ensure proposal accuracy.• Worked closely with vendors, procurement director and CEO on material/equipment pricing for client job estimates.

• Worked on expanding B&E Resources’ footprint in the Beaumont – Port Arthur Texas petrochemical market.• Attended networking events and roundtables to meet new prospects. • Represented B&E via sponsorships at local charity events. Met key contacts that were passed to B&E project team.• Helped rebuild Bridge City Texas after Hurricane Ike devastation. Led work crews on $1M of residential housing repair. • Participated in onsite “hot” projects for clients. Tasks included project management, implementation for shutdown and weekend projects.
