I worked with our broker and senior management to develop our annual benefits package and was integral to our annual open enrollments. I also performed all employee onboarding training. I performed in-house investigations of employee complaints, performance issues and outside agency inquires. I am willing to travel and work long hours and weekends when needed.

After leaving active duty I was a member of the Air Force Reserves and the Kentucky Air National Guard working as personnel specialist. The last eight years of service I served as the units First Sergeant, the unit Commander's right hand person. I retired from the service in 2001.
