Extrusion manufacturing, Euro Ornamental Forgings warehousing, customer service, delivery, and everything building related for both companies.  Deal directly with and negotiate with contractors, and control all spending/costs within the operational side of the business. In my first 3 months of employment I was able to successfully deal with the local Building Inspector on construction and emergency egress issues, Ministry of Labour regarding guarding of manufacturing equipment, and Ministry of Environment on environmental issues. Improved Extrusion efficiency’s by approx. 75% through communication, direction and leadership. Led and implemented procedures to improve inventory accuracy, order picking efficiency, and tracking of orders in process for Euro Ornamental Forgings.
