My Background in my own words.I graduated High School in 1986, and worked as a cook at In-n-Out Burger Inc for a period of two years, in 1988 I decided to join the United States Army. I served our Country as an Airborne Ranger for a period of 8 years, after being honorably discharged in 1996 I went to college at Cal State San Bernardino and finished in 2000. I gained employment with Outback Steakhouse andremained employed with the brand for greater than 5 years and opened additional locations in Denver Gateway, Castlerock, and Greeley Colorado. I then relocated to Southern California and landed a job with Darden Restaurants, DBA The Olive Garden. I had been with them about 1.5 years when I was approached and recruited by the CEO of John's Incredible Pizza Company I achieved the level of Store Director in less than six months. Within JIPC I was able to significantly grow as a leader, utilizing my experience and common sense leadership style I was able to assist in helping to double the size of the company opening units throughout California, specifically Roseville, Riverside, Buena Park, and National City. Due to my extensive restaurant experience, enthusiasm, motivation, and self discipline, I feel I may be the ideal candidate for leadership roles in core restaurant operations. I am confident in my ability to exceed the expectations of any employer.
