Conducts quality control checks to ensure that all forms are properly completed, and makes corrections as needed. Prepares applicant packages and mails documents to appropriate offices for action. In coordination with MEPS personnel, conducts advance coordination with school officials (principals, counselors, etc.,) to assure adequate test site facilities offer a proper environment for testing (e.g., lighting, seating, temperature, etc.,) and are conducive to test room control and test security. Ensures that school officials have provided sufficient time for the test to be conducted in its entirety.
