I have been working in Information Technology for over 20 years. I have focused on analysis, design and development of web and Windows data-centric applications utilizing Microsoft development technologies and 3rd party development tools. I have a strong understanding of system design and patterns, user interfaces and relational databases. I have a passion for building easy to use, flexible applications that scale to expanding functionality. I have excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills, and am comfortable in taking a leadership role in the software development process. I have been an independent consultant since 1995 which has involved marketing my services, project leadership, leading software development projects from the design phase through development to implementation and user training.
