It was taking too long to respond to customer requests, and4. The solution has not evolved to meet the changing needs of users.I successfully implement the following program of work to address and resolve these issues:Ease of Use Issues 1. Rebrand the solution, described it in terms that users could relate to, and2. Reviewed and improve training and support.Customer Focus 1. Defined what complete means when deploying sites,2. Establish a support structure to cover ongoing engagement and development services for existing and new users, and 3. Completed a review and refresh of existing sites. Speed of Delivery 1. Simplify the solution offering, and2. Manage the remainder of the roll out as a project.Evolution of solution1. Establish a complete governance structure, and 2. Better manage requests for changes/enhancements. Some of the key achievements during this time include:-> Deployed over 400 SharePoint sites. -> Migrated from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint online. -> Migrated to O365.-> Migration of 1.5 million records from TRIM to SharePoint.-> Managed shared drives being turned to read only.
