The position is the "key' contact between corporate management and site management for private label orders as well as speciality pick sheets, half pallet, full pallet floor builds as well as end cap displays. Also responsible for team morale, performance standards, split case and full case order pick management and warehouse management systems. Coordinated between production floor needs and raw goods storage in the Distribution Center. Used tools such as Statistical Process Control, Continous Improvement, Just In Time and Total Quality Management.
