I have nearly 40 years experience as a Machinist/Toolmaker and have 3worked a number of different places over the years but started with ATK in 2004.

They manufacture cast culinary water pipe primarily for use by city and county government installations. I worked as the NC Machinst as well as working on all of their manual machinery. We mostly did repair and support tooling work for the casting department.

They were known as Valtek when I worked there but have since been bought out by larger companies. They produce industrial valve products of all shapes and szes specilaizing in custom valves. I worked as both a Machinist and Toolmaker while there

I was a toolmaker engaged in producing prototype parts and fixtures used in the production of mechanical valves.
