• Work closely with the agency principal and owners to promote and manage the profitable growth and retention of personal lines books of business at the agency and company levels to help the region meet its financial.
• Work with large agency groups managing and controlling their agency locations.
• Prospect profitable P/L lines of business
• Establish and execute growth and retention action plans for designated marketing territory
• Work with agencies to develop production reports for large agency groups.
• Develop strong agency relationships with agency principals and staff.

• Personal Lines Agency Consultant, 2001 to 2006
• Work directly with Home Office on rate development for both auto and homeowners insurance.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines to achieve and maintain profitable growth.
• Educate and train the agency force (approximately 650) on the changes that have been implemented, Tort conversion, underwriting changes, and rate changes.
• Work with agents in the state to develop profitable business practices and correct poor field underwriting.
• Develop profitable growth seminars for the agency force.
