After deciding to move back to the South where I was born and raised I moved to beautiful Charlotte, NC! This city has so much to offer. I was fortunate enough to acquire a position at the prestigious Charlotte Country Club and the management took much care cross-trained me to work in many of the service areas. Learning 88 of years of Warner Bros. Television and Movie History was quite fun, but also a lot of work. I took this job and ran with it (or drove the golf cart with it) and quickly became well-versed in TV production lingo and learned how to customize each tour to my visitors fan base. It was my job to give my visitors a grand tour of all the studio had to offer on that day while explaining how movies and television shows are really filmed (no Friends is not filmed in NYC, it took over sound stage 24 right after Full House and now is used to film Mike and Molly). If Clint Eastwood was filming J. Edgar, I tried my best for us all to sneak a peak.

Back in the escrow game, but many things had changed in the year and a half since I last worked at an Escrow Office. Short sales were common and the 2010 HUD changes were in full effect so even an experienced Escrow Officer had much to learn!

After deciding to go on an adventure I was hired at St. Joseph's Convent in Bangkok where I taught 200 Thai students conversational English. As an TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) I taught my 7 classes English daily lessons (and spruced up the lesson plans), graded papers/attendance, organizing educational games, and taught an extracurricular English Club. I liked to incorporate American music into class since I quickly realized my students knew all the lyrics to many English speaking artist. It was a life changing experience to say the least!

Work with real estate agents, title companies, mortgage brokers, and lenders to fulfill all legal requirements for a smooth successful escrow. Able to perform all duties required, from basic processing, to balancing files, to preparing amendments per clients requests and needs.

As manager of this in-house office for Windermere properties I oversaw all escrow from start to finish.

Worked with all hardcover publicity departments, regional sales reps, order processing team, and company warehouse, being solely responsible for ensuring that as many books as the author desires were present at their book signing. Managed up to 25 tours at the time and was the logistics go-to guy for any problems, which i then fixed. Prepared sales reports for directors/CEO for each authors tour tracking sales and attendance for each author's event.
