I Started in the elevator industry back in 1984, as a green helper for Republic elevator. I climbed up the ladder the old fashion way,solely from hard work. I ran many jobs as a working foreman as a young mechanic including Parkchester back in the early 90's. I then became a supervisor in 1996, and soon after found myself working for one of the worlds largest elevator companies due to an acquisition. I quickly realized that in corporate companies, it's all about the money. They don't care about the men in the field, or even the most important person the customer. I finally found my home at Morgan elevator in 2009, a family owned company. With the same work ethics as myself, and an owner who stands behind his work. I truly believe working my way up the ranks has given me the edge on others in my position. I Have a real understanding on what needs to get done from both sides of the coin. And with the respect of the men behind me to get it done.
